The first of our trekking lodges has been built in the village of Aït Aïssa in the Azzaden valley and is a half/full days trek (depending on route) from the Kasbah du Toubkal. The valley of Azzaden is truly spectacular and very traditional.

9 3 Cosy lodge, amazing views Review of Azzaden Trekking Lodge Reviewed July 22, 2017 We stayed here for a night during a 3 day trek from the Kasbah de Toubkal. Set high above the valley, the views are fantastic. Rooms are basic but clean and a fire in the dining room took the chill off the evening air. The meals were excellent.

Azzaden Trekking Lodge. Our day's hike ended at the Azzaden Trekking Lodge, located deep in the heart of the Atlas mountains. Here, we found perfect solitude, completely untouched by the world outside the valley. There was no wi-fi, which for me, is always a blessing.
