Thrusts: Deflect (blocking exactly when the attack hits) or Mikiri Counter (skill that lets you dash into the attack) Sweeps: Jump on the enemy. Grabs: You need to dodge or run away, can't counter.

They can not be blocked, but can be dealt with in other ways. While Perilous attacks can't be blocked, some can be deflected.

For any boss that is larger than the typical "human" size, its helpful.
