The Singer's Bio. The founding member of Hanatarash, Yamantaka Eye (Shimizu Akira), was born on October 18, 1964, in Osaka, Japan. He grew up in a family of artists and writers and was exposed to avant-garde art and music from a young age. Eye's father was a painter, and his mother was a writer. He studied art at the Osaka School of Design.
