Cape Kamenjak is a wonderful park located on the Premantura peninsula on the southern tip of Istria. Close to Pula as well as some of the other resort towns in the area (such as Medulin ), the park is an excellent and relaxing way to spend a day and is highly recommended.

Cape Kamenjak. Cape Kamenjak is the southern most part of Istria, a peninsula of the almost 4 km long beautiful and indented coast, with as many as 30 bays and 11 uninhabited little islands comprising the archipelago. Covered in short bushes and macchia, with some pine trees and fertile lands, it is an area of true Mediterranean climate.

What can you do there? Swim, snorkel, kayak in the water, try some high water jumps, hike or bike on land. Look for Mediterranean monk seals! Take pictures of the wild coastline. Or just lie on one of those idyllic beaches. The best snorkeling beaches: Mala & Velika Kolombarica

It is an amazing place at the south of Kamenjak. You can eat there and swim. If you want to do this, take the whole day. Start in the morning, otherwise it is to hot on the bike. You have to have a good physical condition. But if not, you can take a rest any time you want and make a swim.
