The rock pool is currently open. This beautiful, tucked-away ocean pool in Gerringong is a fantastic place to snorkel or swim. It is accessed via a walkway about 50 metres long starting at the Boat Harbour Reserve. The ocean pool is natural rock with sandy beach at the shallow end. Boat Harbour offers plenty of parking, a picnic area and amenities.

This place has a rock pool feel to it, with fish swimming around below you (only small fish, mind), sea weed in the middle of the pool and the far side wall a great spot to pause and take in the surf views, though this would be a different experience at high tide, especially on a rough day (which I haven't yet had here).
