The lights had to be split up, a key light, continuously lit for the model, and another, pulsing for the background. The final shot was a little experiment, I try to do extra work once I have the shots I intended to get. With the model holding one light like a light sabre, I set a self-timer and jumped behind the model and wooshed the other.
